What the Fuck (drunken thoughts from a madman)
so theres this thing called the “self”. The physical manifestation of the way reality perceives who you are and what you’ve established as on a day-to-day basis. This “self” is seemingly a fleshy, tangible, physical representation of something deeper, more meaningful, and seemingly fake manifestation of a deeper self. This deeper self is in turn deemed consciousness, because until confounded otherwise, our personal monologue, mentality, mental process will indeed be our consciousness. With this phenomenon that rationally separates our body from something greater (see Descarte), we are able to analyze and more importantly individualize the current reality we reside in. And everything is merry, bygones-be-bygones, subjectivity becomes a fickle parlor trick, so on and so forth. Ever, for one second question the totality of the power of consciousness? Most importantly the subjectivity and individuality of consciousness? Because, to think, that everyone is individualized by their mental make-up, which we all seemingly digest to exist in this current reality, what then of the world? Are there 6.7 billion completely individualized realities on this earth? And if so how come government exists? How come globalization and currency have become common practice? What is the root?
I’ve come to accept, albeit utterly insane to most (which I’m cool with considering our individualized state in this hyper-sensitized reality) that reality, this physical dimension of scientifically proven fact, is solely a test. A test of personal will, devotion, and most importantly, faith. I know I’ve lost many with the word “faith” and the pretensions that reside with such a word but hear me out for a second. Humor this theory, this ideal that physicality, tangibility, reality so to speak is merely a playing ground for our ever-growing consciousness. Consciousness, the ability to differentiate ourselves from literally every single living organism on this planet is far beyond simply an anomaly to the celestial paradigm. Its a message, a beckoning to reach deep within, discover the “third eye” as the Hindus preach. To see, at the root, the source, that consciousness is simply a scientific definition to the divinity within, everything seems to fall into place. Consciousness is the recognition of a source of power beyond physical tangibility, this inexplicable source of brilliance and progressivism. Surely it must mean more than the ability to decide whether the 10th drink at a bar is a good or bad decision. And it is, its the divinity within, its the exemplar in proving that god, or the definition of such in our reality, is but a fallacy. There is no singular god for god resides within. Why else would God represent himself in the form of Jesus Christ (a physically tangible human being)? And why would this God preach against the 7 deadly sins (all proven to reside within personal evocations of emotion) if he wasn’t trying to illustrate the internal battle of the self towards a greater means?
to be continued on another drunken occasion…..
